Digital sealing and insulation innovations in BIM format

HANNO, the specialist for sealing and insulation solutions from Laatzen, Germany, is presenting its latest digital services and products at Fensterbau Frontale (Hall 6, Stand 6-453) in Nuremberg. The manufacturer of接缝密封胶带 and sound insulation will focus on the Hanno PU 注射块and new digital service offers for planners and fabricators.

 Dicht- und Dämm-Innovationen

Product classics such as Hannoband®-THERM or the multi-function 接缝密封胶带 "Hannoband-3E BG1" with patent-protected membrane technology (US9732853B2) come from HANNO. At Fensterbau Frontale, the now almost 125-year-old company will focus on its service and product innovations:

注射块- hard shell, hard core

With the Hanno-PU injection block, pressure-resistant areas for load transfer of dead weight or for burglary resistance requirements within existing joint seals can be created easily and in a time-saving manner. As a reliable alternative to conventional mechanical blocks, the resin is injected into sealing strips of windows, doors and facades directly after installation. With the Hanno PU injection block, these become mechanically load-bearing within a short time.

Hanno products for download

In response to the increasingly digital requirements of planners and fabricators, Hanno now also provides BIM data for a large number of its products, in addition to CAD data and tender texts. Users of the Revit planner programme in particular benefit from the plug-in, which allows almost all Hanno products to be incorporated into plans with a click.
Both the BIM data and the plug-in are available free of charge via hanno.com and heinze.de.

ift assembly planner: Tested products individually adapted

The partly patented and GEG-compliant Hanno products are now also listed in the ift assembly planner. The online platform supports users already during the planning of building connections by specifically evaluating only products that match the specified parameters. In this way, the suggested 接缝密封系统s offer building owners, construction management, fabricators and planners more security.
